Cinco for Cinco

Seeing as how Mexican is my favoritest of all my favorites, it was not surprising to me that after just two months writing this blog, I happened to have five Mexican recipes.

Frankly, I’m surprised I don’t have more. I think I’ve been trying to contain myself for the sake of variety—I didn’t want this to turn into Mexican Single Servings. (Although, that’s not a bad idea.)

So, pick a recipe—any recipe—for your Cinco de Mayo celebration. And have a margarita for me!
