The lemon in this juice keeps things from getting too sweet, while ginger gives it a little zing. And this one is 7-year-old, blond-pig-tailed, UW-fan-approved, as you’ll see below. I enlisted the help of one my favorite little friends for this post.

- Slice the rind off the lemon, and cut up fruit into pieces that fit the juicer tube.
- Juice it up. And put some muscle into it like my little friend. Check out the guns on that girl! 😉
